We build our BRC mesh fences with strong, low carbon steel wire known as Q195 and Q235. Let's talk about how we make them tough and good-looking:

Material & Coating Details:

• Material: We use low carbon steel wire that's really strong.
• For Hot Dipped Galvanizing: We dip the wires in hot zinc, which weighs about 505 grams per square meter, to protect them from rust.
• For Electro Galvanizing Plus PVC/PE Coating: First, we coat the wires with zinc that's 8 to 12 grams per square meter. Then, we add a layer of PVC or PE that's between 0.8 and 1.2 millimeters thick.
• For Electro Galvanizing Plus Powder Coating: We also have a version where we put on a zinc coating like before and then add a powder coat that's about 0.1 millimeters thick for extra protection.

Physical Attributes:

• Wire Thickness: The wires are between 3.0 and 6.0 millimeters thick - that's sturdy!
• Height & Width: Our panels come in heights ranging from 900 to 2400 millimeters, and widths from 1000 to 3000 millimeters.
• Mesh Size: The gaps in the mesh come in different sizes, from 50 × 100 millimeters to 100 × 300 millimeters.
• Color Choices: You can pick any color you want, but the most common ones are green, black, white, grey, red, yellow, and blue.

Supporting Posts & Fixtures:

• Posts Material: We offer both square and round steel pipes for posts.
• Posts Coating: We galvanize them with electric or hot dipped methods, or coat them with polyester powder for durability.
• Thickness of Posts: The posts come in thicknesses of 1.5, 2.0, or 2.5 millimeters.
• Height of Posts: We match the post height to the height of your fence panels.
• Types of Posts: You can choose between round or square posts, whatever suits your taste.

Other details BRC Fence

 The wire is made from low carbon steel Q195 or Q235. It can be treated in two ways: hot dipped galvanizing with a zinc layer between 50 to 200 grams per square meter, or electro galvanizing with a 20 grams per square meter zinc layer followed by a PVC or PE coating between 0.8 to 1.2 millimeters thick, or a polyester powder coating that's 0.1 millimeters thick. The wire has a diameter between 3.0 to 6.0 millimeters.

The fence panels come in various heights and widths. The heights range from 900 to 2400 millimeters, and the widths range from 1000 to 3000 millimeters. The mesh sizes are also varied, with several options such as 50 by 100, 50 by 150 millimeters, and so on.

You can choose from many colors, with common ones being green, black, white, grey, red, yellow, and blue. The fence system includes posts and clamps. The posts are made from square or round steel pipe and can be electric galvanized, hot dipped galvanized, or coated with polyester powder. They come in thicknesses of 1.5, 2.0, or 2.5 millimeters and their height matches the panel height. The posts are either round or square in shape.

Standards BRC Fence :

• The fencing wire mesh follows the EN 10223-4 standard.
• The dimensions and tolerances of the wire come under the EN 10218-2 standard.
• The zinc or zinc alloy coatings on the wire meet the EN 10244-2 standard.
• The polyester coating on the wire is up to the EN 10245-4 standard.

Packaging BRC Fence  :

• For the fence panels, we stack them on a metal or wooden pallet. We arrange them alternating face up and face down. We secure them with bundle belts and cover with plastic film.
• We pack the fence posts similarly on a metal pallet. We also wrap each post with a plastic bag.
• We place all the small fence accessories in a carton box.
